Great location, friendly reception staff but the best feature of the Astotel franchise is being able to visit the various hotels around Paris and make use of restrooms, coffee and cake in each hotel. Each hotel made you very welcome so well done to not only the Astoria but to the other Astotel hotels too.

First: staff was very helpful. It was not a problem to get iron, to leave luggage after check out, or have some refreshments when we collected our luggage. the second-free mini bar and snacks in lobby is genious idea-We were sooo happy that after long walk we had not search for grocery store nearbuy, but could just get everything we needed for free in hotel. Also It is in close distance from Monmartre so really great place to stay to explore that area-and still be close to other places.

First , the connected rooms were very spacious compared to other hotels in Paris , My card didn’t work and they were very helpful and responsive, we arrived late at 12 am , they have 24 hours reception who are all so helpful , kind and polite ! Raphael welcomed us with big smiles even though it was very late at night… I am so happy with this hotel it is my favorite so far in Paris and I have tried alot! They are generous with a fully free mini bar , and a snack table :) thank you for a great stay !

We liked everything about Hotel Astoria - Astotel. Great location in a lovely area with restaurants, patisseries and a supermarket down the street. It is close to several metro stops. The complimentary mini bar in our room and afternoon snacks and drinks in the lobby were very welcome. Our room was small, but nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was also good with a large variety of items. The staff is well trained and Tej very personable and always ready with advice.

We love the ambiance of the hotel. The front desk was so accommodating of our requests to leave our luggage during check-in and check-out. The hotel staff were all friendly and nice, especially the Filipino staff. They really let us feel their hospitality and great customer service. Kudos to everyone! Highly recommended hotel property.

The room was very small as all standard rooms in Paris but it had everything required such as small fridge and safe. The room and toilet were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location of the hotel is great with 3 nearby metro stations and many supermarkets and pastry shops.

Location was excellent, very close to metro and bus stops that take you to nearly all the tourist spots within 30 mins. Staffs were very friendly. The room was decent size with quite comfortable beds. Overall a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

The bed was very comfortable, and even though our room was facing on to the street it was very quiet. The location is great - an easy walk to the Louvre and Montmatre for example, and a couple of metro stations close by. Gare St Lazare was also close by. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and great value for money, given the local prices. There are a great number of cafes and restaurants around. Although the hotel has no bar or restaurant we were able to use the lounge area to have a glass of wine (the staff opened our bottle for us!) or some food in the evenings.

Wowwww. On arrival you get the warmest welcome from the lovely staff at reception. We dealt with Lindy and she was very helpful. She even upgraded us to a superior double room free of charge. We were given tips regarding public transport, how to book our antigen tests, restaurants, popular tourist destinations. The room was perfect - clean, well equipped and had the most comfortable beds. Mini bar was refilled daily with yummy soft drinks. Breakfast is worth paying for - it was so tasty and there were a variety of things to choose from. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you again ❤️
